By downloading, installing, or using SQULPTR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SQULPTR is a food analysis application that uses artificial intelligence to provide insights about food and its potential effects on your body. The App provides educational information and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.
Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Billing: After the trial ends, you will be charged $9.99 per week unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. No refunds for partial periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes
• Understand that App recommendations are educational, not medical advice

The AI analysis is for informational purposes and may not be accurate for your specific health conditions, allergies, or dietary needs.
All content, features, and functionality of SQULPTR are owned by Appollo BV and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
SQULPTR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
• Inaccuracies in AI analysis or recommendations
• Health issues arising from following App suggestions
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified through the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
